Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Item must be in the same condition you received it: gently used or gently worn is okay.
Not acceptable: stains, odors (including urine smell), excessive wear, pet hair, or damage.
Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
If your return doesn’t meet these standards, it may be declined or refunded partially (with sanitation/processing fees applied).

Submit a request: Start a Return by visiting the link in your confirmation email (Items sent back without approval will not be accepted).
Refunds & Fees
Return Policy: Ice Blankets provides FREE returns. You will be provided with a return label once submitting your return through the portal.
Processing time: Once received and inspected, approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
